This includes, without limitation,collecting your IP address and connection logs to provide the proxy service, prevent abuse, and optimize our network, using encryption and other security measures to protect your data during transmission and storage, sharing data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business, such as payment processors and infrastructure providers.

Data Security: MagneticProxy is strongly committed to protecting the security and confidentiality of your data. We implement a variety of industry-standard security measures, including encryption and access controls, to safeguard your information. However, it’s important to acknowledge that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us or managing your subscription settings.

Refunds: To be eligible for a refund of the amount paid for the MagneticProxy Service, you must not have used more than 20% of your plan’s allotted data traffic or 1 GB, whichever comes first; and you must request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the original payment transaction for the MagneticProxy Service. Refunds shall be limited to the actual amount paid by the user for the MagneticProxy Service. Refunds shall not be granted in cases of abuse of the platform, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any fraudulent activity. The determination of whether a refund is warranted shall be at the sole discretion of MagneticProxy.

Changes to Plans: MagneticProxy reserves the right to change its subscription plans and pricing at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any material changes to our subscription plans or pricing.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ownership: MagneticProxy retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all associated intellectual property rights.
