Information Provided By You
When you create an account on the Site, register to our newsletter or purchase a subscription, we will collect certain personal information about you, such as your name, username, address, email address, phone number, job title and payment information.
When you make a purchase with us directly online or decide to store your payment information with us, we also need to collect credit card or other payment information. Please note that we do not collect and maintain your payment information directly, instead we utilize a third-party payment processor to collect and facilitate all online payments on our behalf. Additionally, if you choose to store your payment information on your account, such information will be stored by the payment processor and not with us directly. Automatically Collected Information

Communications with Magnetic Proxy

CHANGING, UPDATING OR REMOVING YOUR INFORMATION:

OPTING-OUT OF OUR EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS:

Note that you will continue to receive transaction-related emails regarding services you have requested. DO NOT TRACK SETTINGS:

RIGHTS OF NEVADA RESIDENTS:
Pursuant to Section 603A of the Nevada Revised Statutes, residents of Nevada may, at any time, submit a request to an operator of a website in Nevada directing the operator not to make any sale of any personal information the operator has collected or will collect about the consumer. If You are a Nevada resident and want to opt-out of the sale of any personal information, please submit an email request to contact@magneticproxy.com. In Your request, please specify that You want to “Opt-Out of Sale of Personal Information in Nevada.” Please allow 60 days for a response.
CHILDREN’S RIGHTS:
We do not sell services for purchase by children. If you are under 18 years old, you may use the Site only under the supervision of a parent or guardian. In accordance with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect, solicit or use personal information of children under the age of 13 provided without parental consent.
